Our processes

First Process
Bright zinc metallic coating process in black, blue and yellow finishes.
Capacity of aprox. 200,000 square inches.

Second Process
Painting process with conveyor belt, washing process by aspersion
and drying with air curtain at temperature, automatic guns and
electronic control oven.

Third Process
Manual painting process for more detailed and meticulous processes
equipped with electronic monitoring ovens.

Fourth Process
Zinc and /or iron phosphate process with a capacity of 150,000 square inches.
